The BMZ plants are specialized in the manufacture of radial ball bearings, miniature precision ball bearing, medical equipment bearings, customized bearing,mechanical parts and assemblies.

The plant is equipped with cutting-edge machinery and fully automated production lines that guarantee reliable, efficient production, as well as the greatest cost efficiency and precision with guaranteed and consistent quality.

The Plant has also been ISO 9001 certified,and the quality control program to insure that each bearings shipped is made to highest standard.

RAW MATERIAL

The selection of raw materials is a fundamental step in the production of high-quality bearings. The development and choice of high purity steels is crucial in order to achieve greater durability than required by the ISO standards referred to.

All BMZ bearings are manufactured with highest grade steel, which ensures high levels in terms of:

Hardness Wear resistance

Resistance to fatigue

Dimensional stability

Mechanical strength

Compressive strength

HEAT TREATMENT

Heat treatment is a crucial step in the process that gives our bearings their characteristics of outstanding stability and hardness.

All BMZ material are heat treatment in a highest standard facility. The heat treatment factory equipment with automatic heat treatment in a controlled atmosphere, as well as cutting-edge furnaces that give the products it supplies a correct martensitic structure, which in turn means they maintain their outstanding mechanical properties even when used in extreme conditions.

MECHANICAL PROCESSING Thanks to our state-of-the-art machinery, at the BMZ production plants we carry out the following processes:
Rolling Raceways grinding Super-finishing The latest operation before the washing isthe demagnetisation of components to make the material neutral to magnetic attraction.
This process is carried out in an optimal way,generating a high sliding feature of the material and low noise level. The demagnetisation of the components is critical for the life of the bearing.
The next stage, that is the assembly of the bearings, is also carried out via automatic lines without direct intervention of the operator. Only the cages and the balls are produced out of the plant. BMZ products are then prepared for the final testing and compliance stage, which certifies their high quality standards.
Line Anderometer tests are performed on all assembled bearings to check that all the previous steps have been carried out correctly.
